Our membership options include regular system refreshes, fittings, exclusive discounts, and complimentary services to ensure your hair looks and feels its best year-round.

With flexible plans to suit different needs, you can enjoy locked-in pricing, service rollovers, and savings on additional services. Whether you need two systems or six, we have a plan tailored for you!

What to Expect

When you sign up for one of our membership plans, you’ll receive comprehensive hair system maintenance tailored to your needs. Here’s what members get:

✔ A seamless start – Membership begins with a one-time signing fee of £455, covering the first system and fitting in month one.

✔ Ongoing care – Regular system fittings, refreshes, and complimentary services to keep your hair looking its best.

✔ Cost-effective solutions – Fixed monthly fees for 11 months, ensuring affordable and predictable payments.

✔ Exclusive discounts – Savings on additional services, plus complimentary refreshes and treatments depending on the membership tier.

✔ Locked-in pricing – Fixed pricing throughout the membership period.

Membership Terms

All memberships require a one-time signing fee of £455, which includes the first system and fitting in month one.

The listed monthly fees are recurring for 11 months to cover the remaining services included in each plan.

Locked-in pricing ensures no cost increases during the membership period.

Fees
* Membership is billed monthly via direct debit or annually in advance.

* Minimum commitment: 12 months.

* Early termination fee: 1 month's membership fee plus any outstanding fees.

Price Adjustments

* Prices may be reviewed annually. Members will be given 30 days' notice before changes take effect.

Service Availability

* Membership services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

* A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in service deductions or fees (up to 100%).

Refund Policy

* Membership fees are non-refundable.

Termination

* Memberships can be canceled after the initial commitment period with 30 days' written notice.

Liability

* The company is not responsible for any reactions or issues arising from treatments if proper care advice has not been followed.

* Personal data will be securely stored and only used for membership-related purposes
